Day 1 – Saturday, Nov 8

    • Mental skills to support training: routines, arousal control, self-talk.

    • Practical exercises attendees can implement.

  • 12:15–1:30 PMLunch Break

  • 1:30–3:30 PMTraining Session #2: Strength Applications

    • Squats, pulls, and accessory lifts with real-time feedback.

    • Wil & Mary co-lead, highlighting training strategies.

  • 3:45–4:45 PMLecture 2: Biomechanics of Weightlifting

    • Wil presents detailed force plate / motion capture breakdowns.

    • Attendees see their own lifts analyzed (bar path, velocity, power).

    • Compare elite examples (Mary’s lifts) vs. participant data.
