9mm Neoprene "Mary" Sleeves w/ Wash Bag

These are a 9mm classic knee warming neoprene sleeve. They are great for heavy lifts but also to keep those knees feeling warm for a long training session.  They are a more "squishy" feeling neoprene and will form perfectly to your knees.

These are a special knee sleeve that was created by 1Kilo specifically for Mary Theisen-Lappen, but now is available for everyone! These are the knee sleeves that were worn by Mary when she broke the American Record in the clean and jerk at the Arnold in 2022.  

These knee sleeves also come in a mesh bag that is perfect for washing your knee sleeves in.

These sleeves have some play and there can be overlap in what size you might be. They do stretch fairly easily (watch the video for how to put on if sizing down)

For instance. Wil, an 83kg male wears a size large comfortably, but can also wear a medium with a little effort. 

Dominik a 67kg lifter wears a medium. 

Mary wears a size LARGE, but also could wear an XL if looking for a slightly looser fit.
