These feel great on and the compression is good for regular workouts but I got the smallest size and they still bunch a bit with movement. The straps are kinda annoying as they stuck straight up on your legs so I have to tuck them in but I’m hoping they’ll lay down on their own over time. Overall very happy and can’t wait to get my Ply2 in. Also company communication is great!

I love these for CrossFit workouts. They’re easy to pull up quickly when needed, and yank back down when I don’t need them. They’re breathable, and dry quickly. Customer service is amazing as well, if you have questions they are very responsive.

I love these knee sleeves for wall balls and anything involving not too heavy squatting.

I really enjoy using my 1 kilo knee sleeves. They have become as important as wearing my lifting shoes when I do my Olympic lifting. They have helped tremendously with my quad tendonitis and sore knees. They help keep my knees warm from the start of warming up until I’m done lifting. They do slip down a bit just like other sleeves do, but are easily readjusted to the proper location with the pull straps located at the top of the sleeves.
